Through the use of special equipment with hydraulic resistance, training sessions are a very safe and effective formula of physical activity...  hydraulic resistance of the equipment is regulated by the force applied by exercising persons, so that devices automatically adjust to the capabilities of each person... this individual approach is on the one hand more efficient and on the other, it is great for protecting your joints...

 

Diversity of exercises in the circuit of 20 FITLADY stations...

Apart from hydraulic training equipment that helps build muscles the FITLADY circuit includes steppers or platforms (running squares) for aerobic exercise which provide points of active regeneration (recovery stations)... during one circuit you can train virtually all groups of muscles on different equipment in short time intervals... after each strength-building exercise the training participants leave the equipment and move on to further cardio or stability exercises, and so on alternately, until the entire circuit of 20 Fit Lady stations has been completed.
